2: Mathematics for Machine Learning
3-4 weeks
Linear algebra (vectors, matrices, eigenvalues), calculus (gradients, optimization), probability & statistics, hypothesis testing, distributions. Applied using Python.
3: Core Machine Learning Algorithms
2 month
Supervised learning: regression, classification (logistic regression, SVM, decision trees, random forest, XGBoost). Unsupervised learning: clustering (K-Means, hierarchical), dimensionality reduction (PCA). Model evaluation and hyperparameter tuning.
4: Deep Learning & Neural Networks
3 month
Neural network fundamentals, backpropagation, TensorFlow & Keras, CNNs for image classification, RNNs/LSTMs for sequence data, transfer learning, model deployment basics.
5: Natural Language Processing (NLP)
4 month
Text preprocessing, bag-of-words, TF-IDF, word embeddings (Word2Vec, GloVe), transformers (BERT, GPT), sentiment analysis, text classification, named entity recognition.
6: Generative AI & Advanced Topics
