2: Statistics & Mathematics

Descriptive statistics, probability distributions, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, Bayesian statistics. Practical applications using Python's SciPy and Statsmodels libraries.
3: Data Visualization
3 month
Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly for Python visualization. Introduction to Tableau and Power BI. Creating dashboards, interactive charts, and business intelligence reports.
4: SQL & Database Management
3 month
SQL fundamentals, complex queries, joins, subqueries, window functions. Working with PostgreSQL and MySQL. Database design and optimization for data science applications.
5: Machine Learning
4 weeks
Supervised learning (regression, classification), unsupervised learning (clustering, PCA), model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, ensemble methods. Scikit-learn implementation.
6: Capstone Projects
Last weeks
