Programming fundamentals, algorithms, flowcharts, setting up development environment, C program structure, variables, data types, input/output operations, and basic operators.
2: Control Structures & Functions
2 weeks
Conditional statements (if-else, switch), loops (for, while, do-while), functions, function prototypes, recursion, scope of variables, and storage classes.
3: Arrays, Strings & Pointers
2 weeks
One-dimensional and multi-dimensional arrays, strings and string functions, pointers, pointer arithmetic, dynamic memory allocation, and arrays of pointers.
4: Structures & File Handling
2 weeks
Structures, unions, typedef, file operations in C, reading and writing files, file positioning, command line arguments, and error handling.
5: Introduction to C++ & OOP
2 weeks
C++ vs C differences, object-oriented programming concepts, classes and objects, constructors and destructors, function overloading, and operator overloading.
6: Advanced C++ Concepts
2 weeks
Inheritance, polymorphism, virtual functions, abstract classes, templates, exception handling, STL (Standard Template Library), and file handling in C++.
